R-House

The house was designed on a plot of land in the residential town of Konstancin - Jeziorna near Warsaw, as a reconstruction and extension of an existing building from the 1990s.

The design task was to enlarge the living space with the use of the natural assets of the plot and connect it with the surroundings while maintaining the existing basement.

The building was extended into the plot with a one-story pavilion form of a living room, between tall trees. The form has been enriched with extensive terraces. The body was given the character of a contemporary villa.
