HAI House

The house is located on a small plot of land in Warsaw's Wilanów district, in the vicinity of the historic palace complex and the park. The plot is adjacent to high-intensity single-family housing.

The front part of the building is a two-story block covered with a gable roof, referring in height and geometry to the neighboring buildings. The facades of this part of the building are plastered and painted white. Much attention was paid to the repeating detail of the window with a glass corner and an openable wooden part.

The garden pavilion with an indoor swimming pool is a single-storey, highly glazed, wood-finished block with a green roof.

The front part is characterized by simplicity and urban character, the garden part was designed as a light pavilion blending in with the greenery of the garden.
