The holiday center was designed on plots of land located in Łukta (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship), directly adjacent to Lake Isąg. The plot has a unique terrain. It is very diverse in terms of height. Its highest part runs along the northern border of the plot and slopes significantly towards the lake, in addition, there are ravines along the longer side of the plot. The difference in height across the plot is about 17m. The local plan designates the lake's natural environment protection zone in a strip 100m from the shore. The plot is covered with numerous trees and shrubs. Cubature development is possible on the plot outside the lake protection zone. It consists of a guesthouse and 8 recreational houses. The guesthouse is located parallel (4 m) to the north-eastern border of the plot, at the very border of the lake protection zone, overlooking the water. The area in front of the guesthouse on the lake side will need to be lowered, and a retaining wall will have to be built on the border with the neighboring plot. Recreational houses have been located in such a way as to provide them with as much privacy as possible, the distances between houses vary between 15-20m. Two houses are located on the north side of the ravine, six others on the south side, each of them slightly (15 °) turned relative to the neighbor. Road communication is only possible along the north-eastern border of the plot. In the upper part of the plot, there is a car park with 15 parking spaces. It is possible to access the guesthouse via a paved road, 2 parking spaces for disabled people have been designed near the entrance to the building. In the southern part of the ravine, a wooden gangplank has a footpath leading along the planned watercourse to the lake.Children's playgrounds and elements of small architecture (gazebos, benches, terraces, and a pier) will be designed to make your rest pleasant. The body of the guesthouse has been designed as a sequence of 3 houses with gable roofs with different inclination angles (35 °, 40 ° and 50 °), arranged parallel to the ridge. The building was designed as a two-story building. Due to the difference in levels, only the upper floor is visible from the entrance to the building. Two full storeys can be seen from the lake side and from the ravine side. On the upper floor there is a reception and hotel rooms with bathrooms, on the lower floor there is a communal dining room, catering facilities and a multifunctional room. The storeys are connected with each other by an elevator and an open staircase, single-speed, leading from the entrance area to the dining room. An apartment adapted to the needs of the disabled is located on the lower floor. The representative nature of the entrance-reception and dining area is emphasized by the glazing of the entire gable walls of the central part of the building and the visible steel structure in the form of braced double-T frames. The guesthouse is designed in a mixed structure - reinforced concrete and steel. The elevations are made of artisanal brick tiles in natural colors that harmonize with the forest character of the plot, which cover both the walls and the roof of the building. Recreational houses are designed as simple, single-storey blocks consisting of two identical parts with gable roofs (45 °). One part consists of a hall, bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a small living room, the other part of two bedrooms. A mezzanine has been designed above the kitchen and dining room, which can accommodate a double bed or a playroom for older children. Access to the mezzanine would be via a ladder that could be put away so that smaller children would not be able to climb up. The usable area of ​​the house without a mezzanine is about 63 m2, it is planned to build extensive terraces surrounding the house, adjusting to the topography around it. The houses are planned as repetitive, while the terraces will be designed individually for each location, so as to properly match the slopes and views. The houses were planned on the plot in such a way that the glass gable wall of the living room faces the lake. The façades of the house are designed with vertically arranged wooden boards, large glazing and a light gray seam roof.
