The building was designed on an intimate street in Wrocław's Oporów. The relatively narrow plot prompted the designers to solve the building's functions on three levels. This solution made it possible to reduce the building area and possibly maintain a large garden deep inside the plot. The ground floor was raised about 1.5 m above the level of the existing ground and covered with small slopes covered with greenery. This made it possible to place a wide entrance to the garage on the -0.5 level in the front elevation. In addition, it significantly limited the view into the interior, increasing the intimacy of the building from the street.
A wide landing has been designed above the entrance to the garage, from which the main entrance leads to the building. On the north side and from the street, there is a spacious kitchen with a central island and an office for office work. Other rooms on the ground floor; two-story living and dining room, the garden opens. Their functional extension is a partially covered terrace and a wooden deck in the southern part of the building. From the side of the garden, the ground level is shaped like a slope, gently sloping towards the southern end of the plot. At its foot, a small outdoor swimming pool with a seating area is planned in the future.
On the first floor of the designed building there will be mainly sleeping and utility rooms. Thanks to the double height of the living room, the spaces on the ground floor and the first floor interpenetrate, enabling the residents to communicate well and integrate.
One of the basic initial assumptions was to use a durable, brick facade. The rather chaotic context of the neighboring residential buildings prompted the designers to choose more subdued and neutral colors of the facades. Large surfaces of the walls finished with light gray brick are combined with large strip glazing. Window lintels and balconies are marked in the façade with stripes of profiled concrete cladding. Balustrades on terraces and balconies are designed as made of steel flat bars with glass filling. The proportions of the building and the finishing solutions deliberately refer to the modernist buildings of pre-war Wrocław.
