The residential building was designed on a picturesque plot with access to the Narew River, in Pomiechówek.
In order to harmoniously fit the building into the surroundings and the optimal use of the landscape's advantages and sunlight, the house was divided into a number of smaller blocks composed in two groups. All living quarters have the most attractive view of the river.
Thanks to the picturesque path traversing the slope, access to the pier over the river is provided.
